We create art that goes beyond the gallery—uplifting the public and transforming physical spaces.

OUR VALUES

How we show up as artists and humans

Community thread

Our work is designed to bring people together. We aren’t just placemakers, we’re placekeepers—working to highlight local cultures, engage with communities, and create spaces where people can connect.

Technique & rigor

Our extensive training is the backbone of all our work. We bring rigor to every project, engaging historical, cultural, political, social, and environmental context to create art that can’t be replicated anywhere else.

Curiosity

We experiment with craft and process, seeking opportunities to develop new concepts, find unusual solutions, and distinguish our projects from the rest of the creative landscape.

Uplifting others

Art has the unique capacity to speak to the human spirit. We work to expand human dignity and equity by centering people, craft, and relationships across all aspects of our practice.

Joyful growth

We believe in helping communities flourish—without erasing the uniqueness and joy that already exists in that space. Our process helps our clients look to the future with optimism.

Creating change

We seek to bring real change to communities: increased revenue and tourism, alignment between local groups and stakeholders, and a greater sense of equity, democracy and joy.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Embodying the pigeon and the dove

We share humanity from a bird's eye view.

In Belarusian, Golob means both pigeon—our amicable, everyday, and scruffy-feathered friend—and dove, a lauded, well-kept, and justice-seeking hero. This duality informs all of our work. The Golob is both one and the other, layered with meaning, and evolving with context. We are at home on the everyday streets and the idealized sky.

In all that we do, we aim to showcase humanity from every angle. We get granular, researching the intimate history of each place. But we also see the big picture, bringing together context to create holistic spaces. Most importantly, we take clients and communities under our wing, helping them reach new heights.
