WHY WE DO IT
Lasting beauty creates long-term value
Art can transform your space into a memorable community hub. We partner with you to uncover the story of your community and bring it to life, driving community vibrancy and creating value.
A strong sense of community
Boosted tourism and foot traffic
Increased property
value and desirability
Improved safety and education outcomes
1. Gather stories and context
No matter the project, our first step is to research the context surrounding a project. We take history, culture, politics, and environment into consideration. This information is the best inspiration for our art.
2. Map out the project
We craft a game plan that meets the unique needs of our client and their community. This might involve art-making, the creation of an artist space, social media storytelling, or something else entirely. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all.
3. Create with purpose
Grounded by technique and rigor, we set out to create an intentional space. We don’t stick to one style, medium, or service. Instead, we let the space speak to us, creating a place where people will want to gather for years to come.
4. Spread the word
With the project complete, there’s only one thing left to do—share it with the world! We provide photography, videography, and marketing materials to help our clients drum up excitement for their latest destination.
Real estate developers
We help real estate clients create on-site art installations, artist spaces, community programming, and beyond. We have a knack for bridging art and business—a skill that can attract tenants and help buildings sell quickly.
Local governments
Together with municipal governments, we identify opportunities for art to address community and government needs. Our work helps boost community vibrancy, promote civic engagement, create space for artists, and celebrate local stories and cultures.
Non-profit organizations
As champions of social, cultural, and environmental change, non-profits are uniquely positioned to benefit from art-fueled initiatives. We work to amplify the impact of non-profit organizations through community projects, art installations, art programming, and more.
Educational institutions
We bring art to schools, colleges, universities, and learning centers—working to enrich educational experiences, create wayfinding, and inspire a lifelong curiosity in art and culture in students.
Individuals
We often partner with individuals, activists, and changemakers to create art with purpose. Your vision doesn’t have to fit in a box or be backed by an organization—simply share your ideas, and we’ll help you bring them to life.

[Alexander’s] task is not just picking the art…he actually walked us through the process of selecting the art together…asking us what we could imagine for the space and giving us options so that we finally selected one.
